Everyone hates double chin😭, even the people who say it cute🐼, hate it. Most of us are tired of listening to the comments about fat and obesity. Sometimes it is just your double chin or belly fat that makes you look fat.

The Internet has plenty of solutions🧪⚔ for double chin and countless exercises. But we really do not need any diet plan, typical exercise, or home remedy🍶 for reducing this chin fat. With help of things we learned in kindergarten👶, we can remove the double chin. Yes! you read it right.

You just have to sit at a place, repeat an exercise 3️⃣-4️⃣ times a day, and within a week you will see that you are losing fat.

English Alphabets

Just speak out all the alphabets(A-Z) without voice. Follow these steps to get the best results:

Tilt your face backward
  1. Tilt your head backward so that your fat below the chin is stretched and no loose skin remains
  2. Speak all the alphabets without any voice🤫
  3. Speak in such a manner so that face muscles plus the loose skin in the neck gets stretched
  4. Mouthing the alphabet silently can reduce fat faster if you do it 3–4 times a day

This exercise takes only 1–1.5 minutes and you can do it easily just by sitting at a place.

If someone’s double chin is too fatty then doing this exercise 6–7 times a day will work better.
