Summer routine for skin☀

Hello everyone🙋‍♀️🌈,

Summer has already begun to tan our skins😝, although we are told not to leave out homes in pandemics still there is a lot to add to summer skincare and healthcare.

So how do you start your day in the summers🌝?

Read all the points and add them to your routine to keep glowing even in summers…

Gels, face washes, and sunscreen screams🧴

Summer brings a lot of joy✨, vacations🚘, new fruits🥭, and many more. But the sun's rays can give you a long-lasting suntan. This suntan can stay for a week or longer than a week🤐. For such unsure things, make sure that you have proper weapons to chase this intense heat. Also, the warm winds can make you ill and it causes irritation, rashes, sunburns, etc.

The sun burns and suntans are severe and long-lasting sometimes. And when you suffer from these you will not be in condition even to add the caption “SUNKISSED”.

In summer sun never kisses you, it is going to embrace you and burn your skin severely. So what are the solutions?

Not only the sunscreen creams

Not only the pricky heat treatments

Not only the home remedies…

First, make sure that your skin is free of pimples and acne because the extremely warm air can also give you acne.

So to save yourself from this use aloe vera gel at least once a day after bathing.

Aloe vera gel cools your skin and protects it from rashes. 🎇

Face wash

Choose a good facewash according to your skin type, make sure to read the contents of it.

Facewashes containing sulfates are not good for the skin.❌

If the facewash contains turmeric, honey, oils, leaf pulp, and other natural products then it is ok to use it.

Next is sunscreen creams and lotions🔥💧

It is very important to use a good sunscreen with good rating and reviews, I have used lotus, Lakme, joy, and Neutrogena sunscreen out of which I think lotus and Neutrogena were the best and for hands, Lakme sun expert can help much better, Nivea sun protection and moisturizer is also good.

In Lakme sunscreen cream I have found that it gets removed with sweat too early and at the same time, I do not like its intense smell. Joy sunblock cream does not protect the skin from tan when the sun is over you.

Wash your face every time you sweat.🌞

Hydration💦

In summers we sweat and it is a problem for people as they sweat a lot. So this extreme sweating can cause your body to remove salts which is not a good thing to happen. All of us should drink more and more water to stay hydrated. If you will drink more water then it can help you in reducing dark circles also, it reduces the chances of acne and dandruff.

It helps in digestion also and protects you from severe kidney diseases.✅

Summer drinks🥤🍹

All of us are fonds of cool shakes and cold coffees but amidst this corona outbreak, we are advised not to take icy and cold drinks. But there is a widespread myth about cold drinks and ice creams🍨 that these are going to cool your body. This is absolutely false, these cold coffees, ice creams, and cold drinks are made of content that causes warmth in your body. And intake of these foods can cause you swollen tonsilitis, cough, and cold😨. So it is better to make lemonade, fruit juices🧃, buttermilk🥛, and coconut water🥥.

Summer diet🍽

We are done with drinks, and now the diet comes in. We should never ever OVER EAT😖 in summers. It will make you lazy and you will feel sleepy😴 all day.

Do not eat too much oily and fast food. Take a balanced diet and eat salad twice a day.

Clothing👚

Use scarfs, wear full clothes, and prefer umbrellas☂, sunglasses🕶 to save your skin from the heat.

If you wear cotton clothes then you will not feel much irritation. Cotton can absorb more and more sweat and it makes you feel comfortable in every weather. Prefer wearing thin fabric clothes which are not synthetic👗❌.

Even it is better to use cotton masks😷. Prefer to wear double masks, use cotton handkerchiefs. If you are using new handkerchiefs then always soak them in water for hours so that it becomes easy to use them.

Keep these points in mind and stay safe, do not go outside unnecessarily
